Lisa Edelstein, Season 5 (1993) More than a decade before her big break, Edelstein played George’s girlfriend Karen, who kicked him out of bed after he suggested she faked an orgasm. (Her orgasm was real, the product of George’s newfound virility as a result of eating one of Kramer’s mangoes.) After bouncing around with more guest parts on “The West Wing,” “Ally McBeal” and “Felicity,” Edelstein scored huge in 2004 when she started butting heads with the crotchety titular doctor on “House” as Dr. Lisa Cuddy.
