13. House and Cuddy Kiss on House After years of witnessing the unmistakable chemistry between the two, the show finally gave its viewers the payoff they’d craved for so long. House planted a wet one on Cuddy. The twist, as satisfying as it was unexpected, opens up a lot of new doors for future storyline. We don’t expect these two to get together any time soon, but we do enjoy the new dimension this has added to their relationship. As far as first kisses go, this one ranked right up there.
