Come on, these sneek peaks are so misleading. I bet that it’s taken out of context and Cuddy keeps her job. Or Cameron does hers for one day. Or something like that ;)

I think the spoiler that says that offering is very different from accepting or permanence. So I just don’t trust spoilers too much. They’re just for extra info to me. :]
